Sesame fails to handle queries containing non-ASCII (e.g. Bulgarian) characters. Problem has been reported on the forum: http://www.openrdf.org/forum/mvnforum/viewthread?thread=256

All HTTP POST requests have been changed from using www-urlencoded parameters to multipart/file-data. The former encoding is unable to encode characters with decimal values larger than 255. Also, SeRQL query parser can now handle Unicode characters.
