Description

ORDER BY, GROUP BY and HAVING clauses are currently only properly processed for select queries, but not for other projection types where they can occur, CONSTRUCT and DESCRIBE.

streamlined processing of order, group and having clauses in TuplExprBuilder somewhat, CONSTRUCT and DESCRIBE now handled equivalently to SELECT.
