Instead of writing directly to a java.io.Writer, RDFXMLWriter could write to a org.xml.sax.ContentHandler to allow arbitrary SAX ContentHandlers to be used. The current behaviour can be implemented by using info.aduna.xml.SAXWriter as the default content handler.
