The console now supports creating and dropping of repository, which adds/removes the configuration triples for a repository to the SYSTEM repository. Also, opened repositories can now be closed using 'close'.
Various improvements have been made to the console. Among other things, it can now create repositories of arbitrary types based on repository configuration templates in Turtle format.
