The SPARQL engine included in the Sesame 2.0-alpha2 release is incompatible with the revised query api. As a result, all attempts to evaluate SPARQL queries will result in a java.lang.AbstractMethodError being thrown.

An updated version of SPARQL engine has been checked in to CVS.
