Add RStatement to Repository API

Rename classes URIVertex, LiteralVertex, BNodeVertex, etc. to classes that use an 'R' prefix (e.g. RURI, RLiteral, RBNode) to indicate that these objects are part of the Repository API. The current naming scheme is somewhat flawed as, for example, URIVertex objects are used for predicates too. Also, a new RStatement object will be added.
