Description

(Normalized) floating point numbers like 7.0E2 are incorrectly marked as illegal by the Rio parsers.

The range check on the exponent of floating point number used decimal instead of integer comparisons. This was problematic as, for example, the exponent "2" is not a canonical decimal.
