Query cache?

Hi,

does Sesame implement query cache of some sort? If not, have you some good ideas or advices on how I could implement it myself? :)

The general problem is that I've built a webpage which queries Sesame store, and it sends some big redundant queries with each request, although the data is updated rarely (say once a day or week).
Thanks

Re: Query cache?

Caching is not supported by Sesame Server 2.x, you would have to include a form of cache validation as a Servlet Filter (such as Last-Modified and If-Modified-Since). This will be included in Sesame 3.0 due in Q1 2009.

Such caching would need to be added to the client, you can extend the HTTPRepository and add this functionality. This is functionality is not planned for Sesame 3.0.
